Order correctly delivered cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the order was incorrectly dispatched and it is our fault then please call us within 24hours at 787-751-6147. After receiving incorrect merchandise in its original state, we will resend merchandise without any cost
Cancel Order
Once the order has been processed or shipped it can not be cancelled.
Shipping Policy
Wrong address: If the address given by the client is incomplete or incorrect then the customer has to pay again shipping for redirection to correct address.
Shipping: Once ordered the processing time is from 1 to 72 hours. We use USPS with tracking number, it may take from 2 to 10 days to be delivered. Once delivered the order is considered finalized.
We are not responsible if the products got damaged during shipping or if package is stolen or missing: please fill out USPS insurance form.
